About Joshua D. Bernstein

Josh joined Fanning Law in October 2023 with enthusiasm and passion to further pursue his career in property tax law. His scholastic merit and market valuation background makes him an strong addition to the Fanning Law team. Josh has a distinct educational background, having obtained his J.D. and MBA from DePaul University. Concentrating his studies on Tax Law and Real Estate Finance and Investment, Josh has the ability to handle a wide array of matters, ranging from business transactions to property tax appeals.

 

Although born and raised in Arizona, Chicago has always been Josh’s home. Currently living in Lakeshore East with his Australian Shepherd, Wrigley, Josh is a sports fanatic and can be found frequently cheering on his beloved Chicago sports teams at Wrigley Field and the Madhouse on Madison.
